🌿 Commercial Licensing

Licensing Wondergarten’s early childhood curriculum grants your organization the right to use our intellectual property in a formal educational setting and to promote your program as a licensed Wondergarten Partner. This license is required for all businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions with a formal tax or business status.

If your group holds an EIN (Employer Identification Number), you are considered a business or nonprofit entity and must obtain a commercial license to use the curriculum in any instructional, promotional, or publicly-facing context.

Groups without an EIN — such as homeschool co-ops, learning pods, or parent-led collectives — are not required to hold a commercial license, as these are considered personal-use settings.
