Terms & conditions for commercial license use

TAXES & DUTIES

By purchashing through Wondergarten, the customer recognizes that they are liable for any and all additional customs fees and/or risks when recieving international shipments. Wondergarten will not refund shipping costs if international packages are forfeited, denied or returned.

REFUND POLICY

Wondergarten values our customers experiences and generously offers a 30 day return policy. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What should I do if my item arrived damaged or defective?

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Please report damages or defects within 5 days of delivery to info@wondergarten.net and please include a photo of the box, any packaging material, and the damaged item. 
  • To start a return, you can contact us directly or click "Request Return" on your order page. 
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Which items are eligible for return?

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

What items are non-returnable?

  • Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable. 
  • Digital versions of the curriculum are non-refundable. Any curriculum returns will be refunded minus digital version cost.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How is the refund amount calculated?

  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the price paid for the item(s) minus any discounts, and the cost of the return shipping label.
  • Outgoing shipping fees are not refunded.

How will I receive my refund? 

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days. 
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Info@wondergarten.net.

Can I get an exchange? 

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

CANCELLATIONS

Subscriptions:
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there or login to your account to manage.

Pre-orders: When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect the full payment, no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date depending on the pre-order.

You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
