So nice having this to plan out homeschooling. Good quality and good for family planning in general, not just homeschooling.
This is the most beautiful wholesome curriculum I have come across. I was searching for something exactly like what Lisa & Nathaniel have lovingly made and I am so delighted to be able to use this in conjunction with the Charlotte Mason curriculum to homeschool my 5 year old. I went to Steiner for my high school years and loved it so much so I wanted to give my son a similar experience💛 Wondergarten will also bring much joy to your inner child ☺️ thank you Lisa & Nathaniel for all of the beautiful work you do and sharing your God given gifts with us🥰
The planner is very cute and useful. I like to load my planners into Goodnotes and use the sticker function to keep track of things. I also snap parts from the curriculum right into the planner, so it makes it very easy to really plan out your week. I find the planner pretty flexible and it generally has all the information I want to fill out. I can plop my cleaning routine right onto the blank space, so that is very convenient. I wish it was the whole 12 months, we like to do extensions in the summer.
This is about the digital planner. It is a beautiful planner and I am happy to start using it. My only frustration is that I'm used to being able to print a file as downloaded. This printed in such a way that the month and weekly spreads fall on front and backs so you have to turn the pages. It does not work well that way. I will need to reprint the ENTIRE thing, and leave a page out in the beginning to get them to talk properly for double sided printing. See photos. It's a huge waste of ink and paper now since the planner is around 200 pages.
I gave it a try for this summer, and I wish I got it sooner. I keep our weekly plans on my calendar. But, having written plan makes a difference. I love the layout. Makes me feel more organized 😅.
This is for the autumn curriculum but I couldn’t find a link for it. The songbook is wonderful too! We love its format so we can use it for ukelele too!
We had three weeks in September that we were home- we loved our rhythm with autumn curriculum. My boys really got into the stories of wondergarten and would bring up lessons they learned while in their lives- “oh yeah just like x gnome when x happened, we should x” which blew my mind- as my favorite part were the activities.
We had a baby who ended up needing a level 4 Nicu- 5 hours away from our house. We temporarily moved to that town- while my husband stayed and worked. For four months, boys split time between me, my sister and mom.
When I had my boys- the one thing they consistently wanted to do was “school” aka wondergarten.
I had all my supplies in plastic tubs and would put it in a wagon and take it to the communal kitchen or outside. We had so many comments on the fun things we would do- and many compliments on the things we would bake!
We loved keeping up with school- and I appreciate how flexible the curriculum is!
Wondergarten kept a calm, beautiful rhythm to our chaotic lives-
We recently went back to the PICU for a couple of weeks and when we came home we had our spring curriculum- my boys were so excited to look through it!
I love this adorable planner. It’s well thought out, too. My only qualm is the stickers that go along with it. They fade really easily. Some were already fading just applying them to the paper of the planner. Other than that very happy with this practical design.
I’m so excited to get started on the Autumn Curriculum! The book is absolutely beautiful and the planner is set up so nicely. I feel prepared and am excited to get our rhythm going.
The Academic planner works perfectly with the curriculum. The stickers are an added bonus. I’m not the most organized person, and this combination of book, planner, and stickers have been both helpful and fun. I usually prefer a digital format, but I have enjoyed using the physical book and planner together. The planner has plenty of space to write notes, lists, and future activities. Nathaniel and Lisa have thought of everything, thank you to them and their team for the high quality of their products.
absolutely adore this planner! It is so well organized and perfectly structured for us to cater it to our own unique lifestyle. Thank you so much for creating this!
Im so excited to plan this next season. The planner makes it so easy and the curriculum is clear but has so much room for individual families to tweak as they desire.
I love the pages of the book. I love how it sets you up to organize your home and school. I just dont like how the cover fell apart after a few months. For something that over 50$ after shipping and is ment to be looked at everyday the cover should have been made sturdier. Would i buy again for the new school year most likely yes.
I love the simplicity the Wondergarten Planner has to offer! I would absolutely order a planner for the following school year! I is great for those that are newer to Waldorf inspired homeschooling or for a teacher using the Wondergarten curriculum for a small pod of students. I would recommend it to those who have a child or children in the early childhood stage as well as those who may have children in the lower elementary stage.
I love the simplicity of the planner ! Its great for use with little ones . It suits my needs for use with my early childhood student that just turned 4. It also has room for home making and older student and event planning needs .
Printed 200 pages and the weekly layout was front/back. Very displeasing visually for the layout to be this way. Customer service wasn’t able to assist me. I asked if I could apply my digital purchase toward a physical copy and was told no. Doesn’t the physical copy come with a digital one? I should have just bought the physical copy originally.
I began with the digital copy and shortly after realized that a hard copy would suit our needs best. I love the stickers to help with making the planner more visually friendly and when My son looks at it he knows exactly what the day will bring.
This is a beautiful, well-thought-out planner that is perfect to use with the Wondergarten Early Childhood curriculum! I have older children (grades 6 & 3, plus my 4yo) whom I'm homeschooling as well, so I use the Wondergarten planner to think through how to structure the day to support my little one, as well as what theme and activities we're going to have going on for our family (crafts and themes based on the Early Childhood curriculum, which my whole family is enjoying), and then use a regular homeschool planner to plan my older children's school work. This keep things organized and helps us to be realistic about how much we can do in a day! I didn't know how much the stickers would enhance the planner, and didn't order them, but I realize now that they are to help keep track of the themes and activities that are in the curriculum so it's easy to place the sticker in the planner to schedule that activity, meal, etc.
Brilliant to be able to get the digital version. Living outside the US, delivery can be slow and quite expensive. This was simple to buy, and arrived in my inbox instantly. We got this printed professionally and it came out great, a couple of things to note:
1: American pages are different sizes to the UK so be mindful of this
2: when printing, if you want calendars to stretch across a double page, rather than it starting on the right hand page and needing to turn it over, make sure you print the front page separately, and begin again for the next page - if that makes sense!
Otherwise it is excellent and definitely something we’ll be getting again next year
Really great product, we got this professionally printed. Please note, as a best practice, if printing, for it to tally up correctly across double pages, you need to print the front cover, and then print a blank page and then continue woth the printing, otherwise weekly tables do not spread a double page, they instead or on the back
I enjoy this planner. I am using Wondergarten’s curriculum for this school year, while also using elements/blocks from two other curriculums. I chose this planner to use for everything, and I’m happy with my choice and purchase. I can fit everything into it and it just looks and feels very nice.
The perfect planner for our kindergarten year! I have had so much trouble finding a planner set up in a way that was functional for a Waldorf-inspired kindergarten, and this planner goes above and beyond. I love that there is even a meal planning space so that I can keep the home rhythms in mind while also planning activities.
